Batting Cage HDPE Nets (Custom) – 100% Twisted Knotted Baseball Batting Cage Nets (Custom). Twisted, Knotted premium polyethylene twine with UV Protection & weather treatment to help with longevity. All nets are square hung and come ready to install in one piece finished with rope borders. 200 lb break strength
Batting Cage HDPE Nets (Custom) Border Options
Batting Cage HDPE Nets (Custom) Regular Rope Border: Weaved in and out of each mesh and sewn in the corners. Most popular option.
Sewn Rope Border: Weaved in and out of each mesh, sewn in the corners & the sewn every mesh.
Lead Core Rope Bottom: Lead Core rope is sewn to the bottom rope border of the net to keep the net weighed down against balls hitting the net or wind. The top and two sides of the net will have regular rope borders.
Vinyl Border with Grommets: 18 ounce vinyl is sewn onto the net around the perimeter of the net and then grommets are punched into the vinyl every 18 inches
Vinyl and Lead Core Rope Bottom: Lead core rope is put inside an 18 ounce vinyl piece that is sewn onto the net bottom to keep the net from flying up in the wind or from balls hitting into the net. The top and two sides will have regular rope borders.

#18: The lightest possible material for batting cage HDPE Nets (Custom). Our netting has a breaking strength of 194 lbs and has 1-3/4″ Mesh Squared, as a result, with moderate use the lifespan can last 1-2 years.
#21: The most popular Amazon batting cage seller. Definitely not recommended for commercial facilities but excellent as a divider or backstop net. 1-3/4″ mesh squared. With moderate use as a batting cage it can last up to 2-3 years. As baseball hdpe backstop nets (Custom), 2-3 years. Our netting has a breaking strength of 237 lbs.
#24: This product is the in between net also not recommended for commercial facilities but also very good as a divider or backstop net. This net is for a customer that wants something a little stronger and thickener than the #21 but wants to keep the costs somewhat down. 1-3/4″ mesh squared. With moderate use as a batting cage it can last up to 2-3 years. As baseball backstop netting, 2-3 years. Our netting has a breaking strength of 295 lbs.
